              Lymphatic drainage is a gentle massage technique that will improve overall health and vitality,                         reducing inflammation and improving gut health
  • DETOX - Lymphatic massage is very beneficial after air travel, long periods of immobility, after high periods of stress, to improve immune system.  Also beneficial at the end of winter when we eat too many starchy foods, high fat foods and too little exercise.

There are two types of Lymphoedema, Primary and Secondary - it affects people of all ages - there is no cure
Lymphoedema occurs when the lymphatic circulation fails to function correctly, easing persistant swelling of the limbs and other areas of the body
Early diagnosis can reduce the impact of the disorder for sufferers
Cancer patients or survivors are at greater risk of developing Secondary Lymphoedema

Lymphoedema Therapy involved Decongestive Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Skin Care, Exercises and compression garments 
This is an effective treatment to maintain and control Lymphoedema.

Debbie McGinlay is a Level 2 Qualified Lymphoedema Practitioner having 10 years experience in Lymphoedema Therapy. Debbie combines her 30 years nursing, massage, counselling and Reiki skills to create a holistic treatment that allows the client to feel nurtured physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
